Béatrice Prost and Irene Crowther-Slijp invite you to discover works that are both individual and interconnected. Their works revolve around the concept that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Béatrice's reef series magnify the resilient capacity of coral to build reefs while preserving the uniqueness of each individual organism. The way small entities become the building blocks of large structures is rather universal. It enables Evolution where primary elements start to connect and combine. We can find this from DNA building blocks to bees' alveolus, from building bricks to microchips.
